Assessor Job Opening
The Poweshiek County Examining Board is seeking applicants for the position of Poweshiek County Assessor. The position is available immediately. Applicants must be on the current Register of Eligible Candidates, held by the Director of Revenue of the Iowa Department of Revenue.
Duties of the assessor can be found in the State of Iowa Code 441 and include, but are not limited to, the assessment of all property within the jurisdiction.
Salary will be determined by the Conference Board and will be based on the qualifications of the individual applicant.
