UnityPoint Health - Grinnell Public Health provides services to promote and protect the health of the community. This is achieved by creating better conditions for all community members to live a healthy lifestyle. Public Health accomplishes this need by promoting engagement, reducing health disparities and attending to the needs of the most vulnerable populations. Public Health is the lead agency for Poweshiek County Health Healthy Choices Coalition and is actively involved in Poweshiek County Emergency Preparedness.
